Care in residential and nursing homes
Since the beginning of June 2007, Cruz Costa Blanca has its own nursing home Anneke Residence located in Alfaz del Pi .
Cruz Costa Blanca provides advice, mediation and information in cases of temporary or permanent admission to a residential or nursing home on the Costa Blanca.
Cruz Costa Blanca works with:
- Seniorenresidenz Montebello in La Nucía
- EuroResidencias in Muchamiel
- Senior Services in Calpe
- Residencia Los Boqueres in Altea
At all nursing homes the Cruz Costa Blanca care team offers assistance to complement the basic care. It is really a prolongation of the nursing home care and it defends its patients’ interests.
The care team at residential or nursing homes is formed by:
• A general coordinator
• A socio-psychiatric nurse
• Health consultants
• Senior citizens’ entertainers
• Physiotherapists
• A psychiatrist
• A speech therapist
The members of this team are present every day on a rotative shift basis in one of the centres. |
