Co-operation
Cruz Costa Blanca works in close conjunction with GPs, hospitals, private clinics, residential homes and nursing homes. It also cooperates with the Social Security Service.
When the different socio-health bodies work well together, the overall quality of the care is improved. Hospitalisation, for example, can be reduced by a good post-operative home care service. |
